Overview
Rêqo-rêcoyî Dêtîkè was founded durring the late 16th century in fall of the year 1462, by Èqte Êpî. The establishment of Rêqo-rêcoyî Dêtîkè was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Rêqo-rêcoyî Dêtîkè's construction back out of the project. Èqte Êpî pushed on reguardles, and Rêqo-rêcoyî Dêtîkè was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Rêqo-rêcoyî Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Rêqo-rêcoyî Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Rêqo-rêcoyî Dêtîkè is buildings are built arround a single premissive canals mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town has a defencive wall made from large clay bricks. The wall is constructed to the exact specifications of millitary fortifications, but the nature of its clay brick construction leaves it vulnerable to even outdated siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. Rêqo-rêcoyî Dêtîkè's brittle defences has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.
Rêqo-rêcoyî Dêtîkè has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Rêqo-rêcoyî Dêtîkè ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. Even with that as it is, everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or much of both. The town should be gone, not dying. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable.

Cultural Notes
The locals are convinced that there is some terrible threat against them working from within their society. It may be a matter of dark sorcerers, foreign spies, traitorous neighbors, shape shifting monsters, or some other hidden evil. This evil may be a recent fear, or it may be an inherited peril they’ve always had to guard against. The danger itself may or may not exist, or if it exists it may not justify the steps being taken.
Rêqo-rêcoyî Dêtîkè's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used embraces individualism and experimentation. It emerged as a movement against traditional, classical styles and sought to make buildings dynamic and fun while breaking the rules. The style incorporated elements of previous architectural styles in exaggerated and whimsical ways. Traditional, conservative leanings were void in this era, with most scholars of architecture agreeing it was a time of “anything goes.”.
Due to the actions of local Kami, spring is skipped in Rêqo-rêcoyî Dêtîkè.
The Chaneque near Rêqo-rêcoyî Dêtîkè are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Rêqo-rêcoyî Dêtîkè's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves creating small tokens to channel Abjuration energies of tier 3 via recitation of scripture.

Points of Interest
Rêqo-rêcoyî Dêtîkè's roads were poorly made when first laid. Rather than repairing them correctly, a series of new roads was laid atop the old, leading to the streets of modern Rêqo-rêcoyî Dêtîkè suffering from potholes, cracking, and even sinkholes. The locals often repair the road by putting down wooden decking.
